We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Operations Analyst to join our team based in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves working closely with various teams to manage end-to-end trade processing and data management for a range of derivative products. This position also includes reviewing and reconciling trade bookings and legal trade documentation, overseeing third-party providers, and promoting a culture of prudent risk management within the team.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Legal, Treasury, and Investment Accounting to support end-to-end trade processing and data management for a variety of products.• Coordinate with foreign and domestic investment banks to manage settlements associated with derivative trade events, margin requirements, cash management, and collateral.• Perform data management functions to ensure appropriate flow of data into internal trade execution, booking platforms and collateral records, as well as downstream to accounting, reporting, and other stakeholder platforms.• Review and reconcile trade bookings and legal trade documentation to ensure trades flow correctly for confirmation or to downstream systems.• Oversee third-party providers, analyze complex issues, and coordinate with them to resolve any arising issues.
